    Cannot see the flame. Tried many different settings. Who is the designer that made rendering of that object optional? Fire him/her.

    Hi @thelongcheng, if you still can't see the flame, could you please send us a screenshot?
    Though we can't really say more about this for now, I will investigate as much as possible.
