    Well done, sending automatic responses to tickets! Please take the time to actually READ peoples' issues and address them. It is highly insulting and disrespectful to handle tickets like this...

    Hey @Yfritte, it seems that your ticket was mistakenly tagged by our system as being from the halloween event. Due to the high amount of tickets we received about this, we did send out a few mass replies. We sincerely apologize for the confusion.
