Are you still having issues claiming the title from your account info?
Yes, you can choose witch server but after the click on Okey the titel is still in the Couponlist...=(

I just tried that again and it seems that I finally claimed it. Will need to wait till anything shows in my mailbox though...

PS.2 Regardless title being on list it can't be applied.
PS.3 This is confusing. It didn't work several times. After I posted above I'm able to choose it and apply. Enough of it. This issue seems to be concluded. Thanks.

Ok guys if anyone else has problems claiming/applying the title please let us know here.
For steam users, you click redeem, you click activate on the coupon and then it brings you to a login page where steam users cannot login.
I have the same issue as well. I cannot redeem my title because it requires you to log into the BDO website, but if you own the Steam version, you can't log into the website.
I hate to double post, but my title reward just expired because I couldn't redeem it on Steam. I contacted support 4 days ago, and instead of reading my ticket they gave me a canned response about redeeming explorer pack items. I tried replying to explain that wasn't my issue, but I didn't get a reply in time.
