    Reproduction Steps:
    1. Fight Kutum or Ahib Griffon
    2. Observe black cloud effect around Kutum's base, or when griffon stomps.
    3. Observe FPS drop (may vary on PC).
My computer is not a monster, but it's a last-gen Intel Core i7 with a GTX 1060 6GB playing on High settings. I don't know when it started since I haven't fought Kutum in a while, but I used to be able to play just fine, finishing the entire Kutum fight at a solid 60 fps. Now there's a very dense black smoke or cloud when fighting certain enemies, and it tanks my frame rate and I get fairly bad input lag. I've tried lowering my settings to Medium, and it's still there. When I back away from the cloud some, framerate and computer response recovers, similar to when the game camera is close to a fluffy horse mane.

Here's a screenshot I took while fighting Kutum. I can barely even see what's going on. I don't know if this smoke is present on other bosses like Kzarka or Karanda since I haven't done those in a while. Every time Kutum attacks, it seems to add another layer of smoke. It's a single monster and maybe 10 players, so there's no reason a 1060 GTX should have any trouble. I don't have any problems elsewhere in the game, and I didn't have this problem fighting Kutum in the past.
