Boss train shouldnt even be a thing to begin with.
After the 15 min timer was implemented I stopped completely going to bosses.
I agree with everything except the fixed World Boss timers. I generally think that it's a very good thing especially when you take into consideration the additional changes that they're making to World Bosses such as the ability to get loot from a despawned boss. Your assumption that these changes WON"T work simply because of the fact that NA/EU has different time-zones is honestly ridiculous. Wait until AFTER the changes are implemented here, collect your data, and, if for some reason that the new system is worse than the current one, THEN submit your evidence that a change should be reverted. Since you did that for Field Bosses, it seems obvious that you should do that for the World Boss changes as well.
I made this as a show of how systems could be implemented better to not stack bosses, have bosses spawn often, with a set a mount of time between each (2.5 hours). The system KR has right now is absolutely terrible,
Remove the RNG from boss spawns and imperial resets.
I agree....those changes killed a small population that thrived on Boss Hunting. I used to make a good chunk of money out of Kutum trains and that kept me motivated to play more often. Now I just ignore Kutum and Nouver bosses. The sad thing is that over 80% of these 2 bosses despawn everytime.
Also the affect this has on people in non-NA/EU prime times (e.g. Australia/New Zealand who are licensed to NA) as well as those in NA regions throughout Asia and the Pacific.
Looking at the KR schedules, some people can literally give up all hope of killing some bosses (e.g. like Quint right now).
Hope a better system is introduced
Why not have fixed and variable spawns? Channels 2 and 3 can have a fixed weekly schedule, the rest they leave it alone as is so people can do trains.
I see merits to both ways so I honestly think they should do both.
I definitely agree, fixed boss spawns should not happen! And 15 minute despawn is unreasonable.
EDIT: something that could help is making the open 'windows' shorter
Please revert the changes to boss spawns NOW! Kutum just despawned within 15min, and I wasted my time travelling.

Add more boss spawns, or just make a loot box at the spawn and let everyone loot it for bossgear. It has a reason why it is like this.
I've always felt that the 15 minute despawn timer on world bosses was bad enough (especially with server change timer being the same), but the newly added rng layer to the field bosses is awful. This is especially the case for bheg and tree given their popularity due to their boss gear being bis, and with their droprates being as low as they are, well, the limited number + random server spawning now is a stupid decision to be frank. Getting 1 chance per spawn at gloves or armor with a minimal droprate *assuming you make the necessary percentage when you're competing with so many others on what is, again, a popular field boss* sucks.
Yes, please stop throwing artificial obstacles at us. If there's a problem fix the cause instead of some crazy ass workarounds.
