    really strange graphical error after being in the rain. Take a look.

    Looks like she slipped and dipped her face in the mud, nothing wrong here. Shouldn't be running around in the rain.

    There were so many things that sprang to mind when I looked at that picture.

    Nothing that was useful to your issue though. I have noticed on mine, that after I have got wet, I visibly dry off, and the wet patch that remains is significantly darker. Since I am always behind my character, I never noticed what goes on with the face, only that at times it looks like I emptied a bottle of baby oil on my legs. I do this IRL, it just never makes my skin go darker like that.

    That is certainly an odd graphical occurrence, characters do get wet and gradually dry off whenever it rains or they get into water but half her face drying differently than the other half is certainly weird!
