Yeah, it is definitely not my issue. Deleted it and cleared the cache and everything, and it was still messing up. It is 100% Telus for me. Found out from other family that they are also having issues connecting to some sites and games.
My parents house has the same issue. If we don't report it as an issue, they won't fix it. My solution is likely to cancel my service, but for everyone else, I would encourage you to call in and let them know your issue. If you don't, they will not even looking into it.
