This is game breaking skill, not only its protected AOE CC with nearly 100% land rate its casting speed is to fast to react after double teleport.

only thing that might be looked into is switching evasion debuff from voltaic to something else. removing cc would cripple the class, removing SA would delete the class. PA should be reworked somehow(at least it shouldnt be chainable?), or deleted and then they should give something back to staff classes. 100% landrate my ass, with kd/bound resist being stackable to high heavens and then some.
I played Witch , and i agree. This spell is one of the most broken skill in the entire game , even more broken than Valk's Terra Sancta or Musa Foul Play. SA needs to be removed or damage must be reduced.
Well lets face it. Aside from his language issues, PA will do that because -guess what- they already did that: Gave the 3 strongest classes(Wizard, Witch and Striker for those who are in denial) even more buffs so they can grind endgame grindspots. And gave a PvP buff on top of that for good measure.
They did a good thing for once in their lives, finally. " strongest classes" the whole witch korean community must have gone crazy for spamming the forum for months pointing out witch problems..
as someone who has spent countless hours grinding those endgames spots with scuffed class, earning way less than some other classes, they should have done it way sooner. btw, there are still better classes for grinding, they havent transformed these buffed pve classes into supreme harvesters of silver by a long shot. if anything, they still need to nerf some overefficient classes to make pve balanced.

Nice for you guys i guess. While you keep fapping on your buffs all the other classes who have major issues for way longer are left in the dust. We are probably not childish enough to scream for hours like babies so that mama is forced to buy us the lolipop to make us shut up. Nice game with 18 classes and only 3 who are actually worked on by the developer in a proper manner.
Watch next some Witch / Wizard want the feature of their attacks ignoring iframe(I know how to code, that's sadly possible) and grabs always autofailing against casters without moving a finger. Because some casters ''cry weak'' as they say.
