To everyone who has that problem - for how long do you need to stay online to trigger it?
Try to update it or if you already did - try to downgrade?
Have not updated my client since i got it 4 or 5 months ago, i remaped my keys for easier access on my keyboard but nothing 1click=2 clicks. All pretty standard stuff like assigning my aqual jail,bolide,hellfire to their own thumb keys on my gaming mouse.
I just disabled it ... i don't use it anyway so no problem here.
I also have problems since last patch, so i have some weird temporal block happening since the last patch.
The last two nights i had unexpected temporal connection blocks. In both times i was not doing anything out of the usual, one time was trying to buy items in the marketplace and the other was in my running way to helms.
Once the block happens, i lost connection to at least two services:
1- The game main server, so trying to launch the game ends in an timeout error before autentication (i think) and exits.
2- To this same domain, so i also am unable to access to the forums (the page do not load and gives me timeouts).
Its temporal because at the morning of the next day i can access other time to both services. And i know that it is a block in some point of the chain, because if i configure my smartphone as a point access (so i get out to internet from another ISP and another IP), then i can successfully access to both services and all work well.
I do maintain my own router, so it is not any security feature of it (i rechecked it). So all pointed to a some type of secure-net service on my ISP that could be messing with the game, but i call them yesterday and they swear me that i had not any type of service like this activated on my account.
So if the ISP is right (i would not put my hand on fire for it), the only option that would remain is a temporal IP block happening in the BDO side.
Are anyone of you guys experimenting something similar since the last patch?

I've moved the topic to our Technical Support section so that our Technical specialists can take a look into it.
Had the same problem at the same time as everyone else. Popped me out of game a few times moaning about potentially unwanted programs, etc. After a half hour of virus scans as it suggested and digging around to see what the problem might be it let me back in and I had no problems with it the rest of the night and my character still afk processing when I woke up/
Not entirely convinced it was directly the logitech/razor software though. I do have the software/drivers in question (logtiech keyboard/mouse, razer headset/mic) but there was nothing specific with the errors pointing me at those programs, nor did I have to turn them off or update them to get back in.
Besides, for an online game it would be tantamount to suicide to ban the companies that own a combined 70% market share of the peripherals that your customers use.
Getting the same error. Game is been running fine so idk why it would start doing this.
I am not getting any error when I get dced. It is a straight crash to desktop with no pop-up or error. I stay logged in for about 30 seconds before I get dced.
same here, no error popup but constant crashing.
looks like its a rampant issue:
(from 23rd of May but GM said they are aware of the issue.
^ i dont use macros and it still shuts my game down
You should be able to run the game with Logitech Software currently.
If you run into an issue with this, please try a client repair and then run the game with Administrator rights.
