BDO randomly closed for no reason and now I get this when I try to log in. Whats up with this error? First time ive ever seen it in 8 months of playing and nothing on my PC has changed. I literally cant log in, every time I try I get this error and my game crashes. I have 32GB of ram and a gtx1080 and bdo barely uses like 10% of my ram and it still says I dont have enough.

Ive tried restarting my PC, repairing the client, and increasing my VRAM and nothing fixes it.

still though you should run memtest86 to see what your results are

If the OP hasnt submitted a ticked. do so....getting support on the forums is great but its nice to get a GM involved as well. all i was saying is be prepared to have the GM request that test be done. and my ram was fairly new as well but appearently i had a sector on a stick go out

ok I fixed my issue, I deleted my cache folder in my game directory and also deleted the one in the documents directory. This fixed my issue and was the only thing that worked

Glad to hear you could resolve the issue.

Thanks for letting us know how you personally fixed it. This usually happens when Automatically manage paging file size option is turned off.

YES! Deleting the Cache folder in the GAME folder was the answer. Deleting the Cache folder in Documents did NOTHING. You MUST DELETE OR RENAME the Cache folder in the game folder. THAT worked. It was right after a patch that it was damaged. USUALLY that is when things break When they break, is after a patch!

sorry for the delay, anyway in case if you are still searching for an answer: right click on the icon of bdo that you used for launch the game, then select "Properties". You should see the path of your BDO installation

I've done this but it's only displaying the game's 'location' as though its only on the Desktop. Where can I find the cache folder of BDO to delete it, as prescribed?
