Fixed Coherent UI constantly crashing

    Do you guys honestly think they are going to fix this problem anytime soon ??? I mean really ... Since the patch on Sept 27, 2017 things was fux'd up and STILL have not been fixed. I for one won't be holding my breath ... I have lost faith in the abilities of the game devs. Don't be surprised if this doesn't get fixed soon.

    Still happening, not even mentioned in known issues...
    It can't be that hard to fix it.
    This shows the incompetence of Kakao if you can't fix a bug that prevents 20% of the player base to use 50% of the ingame user interface.

    Best event ever for Coherent UI crashes... Black Spirit adventures :(

    Still not fixed

    The only thing i can do , open another ticket , they close it with the standard text (workarround etc)
    i then mark it as not solved and that iam not happy with the solution
    (maybe they have some incident reporting)

    are you guys serious ?? you guys bring out an event (black spirit adventure) and we who still have this problems can't even do the event bc this thing is STILL crashing so now other people can just do the event and we just have to accept the fact that we can't do it and miss the rewards ?

    Looking at the logs, the only error I get when trying to open UI is
    Code:

    Congrats to the devs... 7th week, no fix, and now this is highly impactful...

    And now, you put an event when you know that a lot of players will not have access to it ... Is this professionalism?

    So now we have black spirit adventure and not working coherect UI for almost 2 months.... perfect. We insist any compensation for not fixing your product for 2 months. After all, you are selling something that is not working. This is disadvantage to players that have this problem and they are unable to benefit form this event. Why not just bugg opening Pearl shop for all win7 useres and leave it for 2 months like this?

    Same here, but the steam players we can't go through the thing that said a gm in the 2 page of this discussion and if you say that even doing that you are having the same problem I don't know what to do?

    Pls GM tried to tell them

    For Steam users, the game folder is in a different location. You have to go to C:Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Black Desert Online

    From there whichever form of the game you're using, BlackDesert32.exe or BlackDesert64.exe will be in the bin or bin64 folders, respectively. CoherentUI_Host.exe will be in the host folder inside bin.

    So, you launch an event fully aware that it affects a lot of users instead of fixing this bs first. Wow... just... wow...

    So I now have to run the game in compability mode to be able to participate in this event, then log off and change, then log in and run as usual. Then repeat.

    I will not be buying any overpriced pearls now, was on the fence before but now... no.

    Haha, I bet if the pearl shop was bugged like this it would be hotfixed in a heartbeat. Problem with the UI? Eh who cares, we'll fix it whenever.
