Greetings adventurers! As you already know your feedback/suggestions/ideas are gathered every week from the forums and sent to the developers. We got helped by many users on collecting constructive feedback and questions, and today we are really happy to share some of the replies we received from Pearl Abyss about our last week report with you. Have a nice reading! 1. Marketplace notification sound: "Players had a 'scroll opening' sound in the old HUD when something got registered in the marketplace they had on the notification. Now there is no sound anymore. Users would really like to have it back at least as an option." PA: "We agree that this would help our users better. We will have a more internal-level discussion on this." 2. Chat visible/active in the marketplace: " Is it possible to make the chat available in more windows where the chat is disabled? Like when talking with an NPC (amity game), black spirit, marketplace, and storage too." PA: "This needs more discussion to implement. However, we agree that this is needed for the users." 3. More events rewarding loyal players. "Players recognized to have fewer events dedicated to the veterans, and good ones for new players. It would be very nice to persuade also new players to become loyal, by having events also dedicated to veteran players." Pearl Abyss is very interested to hear what kind of "veteran" events you would like to see in the future. Please feel free to share here your ideas. 4. Crafting note (F2) search function: "To search for an item on F2 menu, it's necessary to type exactly as the item is written, if a user uses capitals (or not) the item will not be found. It would be much easier to have no distinction between capital letters and actually show a list of similar items when typing a few letters, like suggested words." PA: "We are aware of this issue. We will soon correct it." 5. Notification images: "Images on the notifications on top of the screen are gone after the last patch notes. Players don't find it useful and actually consider it distracting only at the moment. Users would like to have symbols back and catch up on what happened instantly, as it was before." PA: "We can add the icon of the item to help the adventurers to see the notifications better. We will see what we can do." 6. Manual Walk Function: "It's still not possible to walk manually, but users are forced to autopath-walk to see the character walking. It would be better if users could walk by holding/pressing a single button." PA: "This will be fixed and implemented to the game soon." 7. Horse breeding-rate: "In a previous patch note, it was mentioned that "The possibility of obtaining a higher Tier Horse after breeding has been increased." Can you elaborate on this so that the community can understand exactly what has changed? For instance, how much did it increase by? And at what tier does this activate?" PA: We are sorry, but we cannot disclose the horse breeding details in numerical values. 8. Did the Enhancement-Chance change in the last months? "Many players from the community feel that ever since the artisan's memory changed (3 repair -> 4 repair), it has become harder to enhance. Many players seem to be failing more even when enhancing with higher failstacks compared to prior to this change in the artisan's memory. There are many complaints since then that +13 -> +15 and PRI -> DUO is much harder now. Was there any change to the enhancements to make it more difficult? PA: There weren't any changes to the enhancement success rate. If you can share with us research/investigative materials/data we can take further look into the situation. 9. Character Balance: "According to the reports we gathered so far, the Community feels that more balance it's still required in the game, especially on classes balance. Is there anything that you can share with us and so then with the community regarding game balance? PA: We are continuously balancing the game at multiple angles through player feedback and we wish to keep receiving and collecting user feedback. 10. Global PVP Siege: "How do you plan to approach this Global PVP siege? As you are aware that there is a ton of complaints already just in the NA and EU servers alone. How will this work for Global sieges?" PA: Global siege is our hopeful dream, but in reality, this is something we cannot discuss in depth right away at this moment. Global PvP is something that we should be getting near commenting if we try harder, but it needs much more development. It would be best to accept it as our future hope.
