I know that all the kiddo gamers and call of duty fan boys eat this **** up but your development crew is a joke and that's just a fact now. I'm sure you're under-staffed and maybe even under-funded on the hardware end but it's not because you don't have the money. I've offered numerous times to code freely for you, and at the rate you morons are going you'll have my account banned for posts like this before real change occurs. That said, I'm not going to stop coming here and shaming you guys every time it needs done. You should be ashamed. You have one of the largest gaming budgets available and what have you done with it?! It's a 3 ring circus except the developers couldn't get the big top to stay on. Go ahead and keep your ******** prizes. I'll let loose the data on your algorithm coding on my stream if you continue to throw RNG prize boxes at people for your incompetence. Get us new hardware to play on....today. We clearly need and desire more servers and ones with the throughput to handle all of the clients and all of their requests. Believe it or not I get tired of streaming about how inadequately run your company is. It's tiring. It's bad enough I have to fight against the people who just eat this trash up and smile (thanks Kakao! /suck). I've been asking for better for a long time, and the people out here paying your salaries deserve it (that's YOU....for the end user with 0 frontal lobe stats). Do better!

Those of us on Value Packs have lost important time, a lot of time. A box with a random item, probably an elixir, maybe a cron stone or mem frag, is not really adequate compensation for the amount of time lost over the last week, coupled with the many issues that seem still outstanding. A short value pack of maybe a week would have been more appropriate than a 1 hour buff, a random item, and 1 day of Kama blessing.
Oh they care, just not more than 4 out of a scale of 100. When people no longer pay them they'll start to care above the 4.

Whale tendon potion here. 3 other guild members got the exact same thing. 1 got (1ea) mem frag. Rest are going to wait a bit to open since they dislike the current results.
LOL! We keep them ALL employed. Be thankful you get anything?! Please, if you're going to approach this like you've never learned anything in life...don't bother posting. It's literally wasting your energy and time. For the real gamers not jumping at the chance to deepthroat the piercing end of a cash cruise ship, this is no new thing. We know better. I didn't play EQ for 10 years because Verant, Sony, or any of the other involved parties tossed me bullshitbundles when **** hit the fan. They fixed issues, and sought ways to never allow them to happen again. Fan boy types are doing nothing constructive for either side of this, stare at your phone and walk around a bit.
All we can do is compare data and stop giving them money. There are ways to make things better though and I'm glad you were open enough to share what you got. Eventually they'll lose the game, fix the issues, or ban anyone who speaks out against their terrible service (Gee I've never seen that in gaming before!)
Every day I wake up I think to myself "Why did I let this developed trash run over night?" As I reconnect, and prepare for work. I feel ya, it's getting real old, real fast.
What you describe are everyday occurrences for me. 200MB down, 10MB up is not good for streaming, but I do it. It's good for mmo gaming though without streaming, just not with BDO. It's their servers, not you...always has been and I can prove it. Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers.
Only compensation for the people who are actually able to login after the 10/25/17 patch.....How about fixing the patching error for the multitude of players who have spent 4 DAYS doing every single possible fix to be able to play...and compensate them for the game time they are losing out on because of an error that is in no way their fault. Seriously. This is literally the worst game support I have ever seen.
While I want to agree with you, I played ESO from late Alpha to launch, and endured my "free month" before I quit. I'll never spend a dollar on zenimax OR Bethesda again. RIP Bethesda 1991-ESO Launch.
I was a tiny person in 1991 so I was not around for that. I've played ESO and there were never any issues with the launcher repetitively corrupting for this long. Support was always willing to help. I've yet to see any support whatsoever here. This game isn't in Alpha or Beta, so by now they should have been able to determine what is causing the error and be able to fix it. That it is still happening, is quite ridiculous. I understand bugs popping up and crashes, but the launcher issue is something that is a recurrent problem. I understand that coding is tricky, my brother in law specializes in it, but it has been months with the same problem and zero resolution for it. I shouldn't have to try to fix the problem the game is encountering so it will work on my end only to get to the next patch day and have to do everything all over again. It's an issue on their end that they aren't bothered to fix, and it's going to end up being a game killer for a lot of people who really just want to play and enjoy the game but can't because of it. So yes, I think they should compensate the people being affected by this issue as well, not only the people experiencing in game crashes and lag. I can't even participate in any of the events because I'm stuck trying to fix the loop of corruption they've had months to fix.
The relic and shards drop increase is not working in my opinion.
I don't have logging tools that I can send you to record data for BDO as it would get us both banned but if you keep records of the required raw stats (attempts @ total, possibilities total, so forth) I can compile the data and find out for sure if the rate advertised is in fact working properly or just verbal vomit from development. I can't be specific here but there are a lot of options in compiling data from the game and your interactions with their servers that can be recorded. There are risks involved of course and I won't give the tools or instructions to anyone who would use them carelessly but I've only just met you. We'll chat soon I'm sure. be well
I completely understand. If there's a technical issue you're facing I can certainly help you where they can or will not. That said, after all of my help there may still not be a resolution. I agree with you, and that's worth noting. They are not quick to fix anything, and they do not care much for functionality unless it seriously hinders their profits. They won't admit that to anyone because that kind of honesty can shake even a fan boy. I uninstalled the entire game a month ago, did a clean full install to fix an issue they couldn't fix. Reinstalling the game was around 50 gigs of data and when you're downloading it from them it moves like you would expect (as bad as their live servers send data). It took almost all day with a 200MB connection. I wouldn't suggest reinstalling unless it's a last ditch effort. There's a lot of files and numbers/variables that can be altered or deleted to "refresh" localized files. Again none of that will guarantee success. From the moment you bought BDO you've entered the largest mmo casino house in the world with the worst odds, and I'm sorry for that, though I don't work for them and most likely would never. If I personally can be of help or service to you though, don't hesitate...ask away.
They seem to be REALLY streaky, on off event days I avg about the same for relics/shards, seems like with events on its nothing or a ridiculous pile of whatever the event is for.
