Stutter happens for me when gpu's load suddenly drops for a split second. It doesn't matter which graphics setting I choose nor does it change anything when maximum performance is chosen for cpu/gpu in windows setting. This is happening on a newly installed win10 pro, same thing that happened on windows 7 pro. Maybe others are not as picky and don't notice split second stutter, or just consider it as hiccup related to internet based mmo game. As no other games on my system, including mmo games exhibit this kind of sudden frame rate drop, I firmly believe this is a game issue.

I had the same issue. My conclusion was I dont have enough RAM. I made 14gb of virtual RAM on my SSD. Together 8gb ram + 14 of virtual one. Problem is gone.

Edit: it has to be SSD to be fast enough.
    Its called pagefile.
If you have enough ram like 16 or 32, check if u dont have pagefile on HDD, it will slow you down.

Nope , all of our SSD's / RAM kits died simultaneously only on BDO
    It's YOUR fault </scarcasm>

Hey, I had exactly the same problem as you, it looked the same. After I removed my pagefile from my HDD storage completely and increased my SSD's pagefile whole thing has been solved, so no matter what I did it was RAM related thing.

I understand your sarcasm because you are frustrated but have you actually tried to tweak your RAM speeds and cycle latency? Maybe you didn't enable dual channel mode? Maybe youve put your RAM sticks in slots on the motherboard that doesn't support dual channel? Don't want to suggest that you don't know what you are doing, just thinking of possible solutions.

If there is a stutter then at some point of data transfer there is a slowdown. Just need to figure out where.

Yep tried tweaking the ram, tried both overclocking and taking it down slightly
Also ran extensive memory tests as I mentioned in OP as well as SSD health checks
I appreciate the suggestions, tried increasing the pagefile but the issue still happens

Can you both let me know your PC specs?
(You can find out using speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy)

Unfortunately just saying "Me too" isn't enough for staff
They need to be shown it's a game problem
