    I used to be able to leave BDO running all day. Before the last patch I started to have problems, my client was crashing every hour or so, post patch I cant stay on for more than 5mins. The last time trying the attached memory error msg was displayed...

    i7 - 16Gb ram - GTX965

    All other games and apps are running without issue.

    Just out of curiosity, does anyone have a different game that also runs Xigncode? If so, can you see if it crashes LoL, and/or has the same issues as BDO? I am kind of curious if the update to Xigncode right before the BDO patch could be the culprit.

    ok found the process which creates the issue. go into task manager find this, see image, process and "end" it. then you should be able to run icue and the game at the same time.

    it's a pretty solid solution if it works (does for me) :)

    ps: if the process isn't there update your icue and corsair drivers, see if it doesn't do it.

    In my case of crashing, xigncode must have been the reason because right after the ctd there was a popup Message by xigncode something about "detected a wrong path" or whatever I don't remember. I play several other games but no idea If they use xigncode.

    I've did more investigation on this problem, and found the reason, at least in my case.

    I was looking at Administation/Event Viewer after system crash, and found this in Application log:
    Code:
    Error memory segment: LKD_0x141_Tdr: 6_IMAGE_atikmpag.sys, type 0
    Event name: LiveKernelEvent
    Answer: Not available

    And this one was very last message in windows logs before system completely died:

    Code:
    FriendlyEventName = Hardware error
    ConsentKey = LiveKernelEvent
    AppName = Windows
    AppPath = C: \ Windows \ System32 \ WerFault.exe
    ReportDescription = Windows stopped working properly due to a video equipment problem.
    Which leads to video graphics card.

    So I've unistalled the driver:
    AMD Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.1 ( 26.20.15019.1003 )

    And used the default windows driver... and... it worked!
    Well, not quite...

    I could launch the game and stay in it for more than 10mins, which means from my thought:
    • everything OK with graphics card
    • BDO works correctly with default windows video graphics driver
    • BDO client (or XINCODE3) have a conflict with original AMD Radeon video graphics card driver that couse system crash.
    But the problem is not solved, because as you maybe already guessed - the FPS is extremly low (0-5FPS).

    So still awaiting solution ...

    Ok, so I bought my current mouse like a month ago, so figured I had most current version of iCUE. I did not. The prior version didn't have "CorsairLLAService" so I didn't have it to disable. Updated iCUE, found that service running in task mananger, opened services, stopped it and set it to disabled. My BDO has been running for five more minutes with iCUE open than it has since yesterday morning when I discovered this mess.

    tl;dr thanks that worked

    I gotta agree with @Tjaranis on this one. I have this service disabled and all my iCUE controlled products still operate as they should.

    Did this and didn't fix it for me :(

    Update: Closing iCUE + RGB fusion fixed the issue for me.

    I have the same problem as you, since the last update and being playing after a few minutes the game was freezing at the beginning for a few moments and in the end it just froze the entire pc without being able to do anything; It is a problem of only black desert since I have tried other games and everything works normally; At the moment I could realize that perhaps the problem is due to the third-party programs that control the rgb system of the components; In my case I have closed the applications and their respective logitech gaming software 9.00 and RGB Fusion 2.0 processes and apparently everything is running normally, at least until 3 hours I have been testing; update after to see how it develops .;

    sorry for my english translated hehe.

    This was pulled out long time ago.
    Uninstall your nvidia drivers if they are <= 441.66 and install > 441.66 on Windows 10. See what happens.(hint: you don't get control panel anymore, you get a popup to download it from microsoft store, until you do so...or edit registries.).

    Xigncode3 is a literally a rootkit though.

    I was having constant crashes, but the problem seems to be resolved after disabling Process Lasso.
