    Hello.
    I would like to know how long it takes to consider a ticket regarding matters related to pearl items. It's 7 days and I still have no answer. My registration number # 949196. I made a mistake, the help is written that you can report it to 72 hours, I did it almost immediately. This mistake blocked my progress, which caused me to be forced to incur further costs of real money. I do not know if it's such a tactic and such complaints have the lowest priority, or there really are so many applications.

    it can take 1 hour (if you are a popular streamer) up to 25 days

    if you used the consumable or opened a chest/box , forget about any kind of support.

    my account was compromised and i didnt played for 1 week , in this time value pack running , blessing running . I hope they can give my gear back and offcourse compensation for my vp and kama blessing or else bb BDO and refound offcourse.Request #954461
