Staff Response Disconnects, mostly when afk

    The game ran fine for about 2 years but for the last 3 months I get disconnects mostly when afk but everytime I afk for more than 2-4 hours. I also get disconnects when I actively play but not that often. The problem started AFTER a maintenance!
    I tried many things:

    - reinstalled win10
    - reinstalled bdo
    - tried to repair bdo via the launcher
    - looked into my router
    - tried wireless connection and cable connection

    In one posts someone suggests that his isp has only connection problems when bdo is running. After that comment I observed the same thing for my isp. My isp runs fine when bdo is NOT running (for days!!!) and when it is running my isp disconnects randomly for some seconds or minutes.
    I assume the problem is on bdo's end and I hope it gets fixed pretty soon, even tough I think people or gm's will tell me the problem is on my side...

    Can you send us in a ticket here with your WinMTR log attached, and keep this list of troubleshooting steps, please?
