I wanted to get a bit more into life skilling so I ended up enhancing a loggia butcher knife to +10, but I noticed the durability only stayed at 50/50 with 100 as the max, even though I never failed any enhancements. Is this supposed to happen? Sorry if this is a stupid question, don't really know too much about life skill gear just yet.

so each time you fail, the item will lose 5 durability (or 10 i dont remember)

if you want to get it back to 100/100

you need to buy more of the same piece of gear, go talk to the black smith and repair the max durability of the item, with the same item

so when your tool is at 20/20
you buy 8 more tool and repair it to 20/100
and then you can do more enhance

Sorry not sure if you didn't see that part in my original but I didn't fail any enhancements on the loggia butcher knife, wasn't sure if maybe this is just something unique to loggia tools.
loggia1.PNG loggia2.PNG The extra 1 max durability was just from me repairing it.

It seems you missed it, at level 0 your loggia butcher knife had durability of 50, with each upgrade process the durability also increases

Yeah I just thought I wouldn't have to repair the max durability up to that amount and that it would just increase as I enhanced it. Just feels kinda strange since it also goes down when you fail it, so you have to repair the max regardless of whether you succeed or fail (of course it's not the same amount though).

No it's alright, no reason to be sorry, just wasn't sure if this was intended or not. Thanks for the help.

Maybe you can edit topic title and add [solved] at the beginning.

Didn't seem to work unfortunately. I had a look at some solved posts and all of them have a reply from a gm so I think it's something only they can do.

Then click on the report button and input in the field something like "please edit my title".
