EU Central Marketplace Access Workaround - Fixed

    Dear adventurers,

    With it's introduction this week, a large number of players have been unable to access the Central Marketplace on the EU server. Our developer team has been actively working on resolving the matter, yet unfortunately an immediate fix is not currently available; if you are using a Windows 7 system, you can apply the two steps below as a temporary workaround:

    If you are using a newer version of Windows, simply make sure that you have downloaded and installed all available Windows Updates.

    This is a problem that we have already resolved on the NA server, and no further action should be necessary to access the NA Central Marketplace - a more robust solution will be applied on the EU region as soon as possible.

    While the build is the same, there are certain server side elements which are different, hence why we were able to resolve the issue for NA but are unable to do so immediately for EU. We hope to have a fix ready as soon as time allows.

    Because the NA government requires them to use the old/unseure TLS 1.0 specification (so they can spy on their citizens), while EU is ok with better security

    Why you lie?! Its not you found the solution. And this is not solution,this is "crutch". How at you did it turn out to break a patch?At all servers mp work KR,JP,IN.NA,RU.What u do 6h at Maintenance and last 30h+ after Maintenance?Above GM are able to do something besides how to be photographed with plebs for twitter?Repair MP, players should not wipe for you an ass!

    If you are not familiar with editing your registry, then the Easy Fix application will do this for you automatically - keep in mind that this is only a small part of the process; most importantly, you need to have the KB3140245 update installed if you are using Windows 7 in order to enable support for the protocols required to communicate with the Central Marketplace.

    I don't think any normal user is familiar with that^^
    If you don't know what you do in there you can "break" stuff really easily^^

    Great fix, after following the instructions i cannot run the game anymore.
    I'm forced to repair / reinstall it.
    10/10 would do again.

    After running the Easy fix my marketplace is working fine but the game drops down to 15FPS evertime I watch a video on my second monitor. I'd rather have the marketplace not working rather than only having 15 FPS. If someone knows, how to undo this awesome fix, please let me know :/

    Why do I need to do a workaround on a game I PAYED FOR, when you are the one who messed this up and launched a half stable content.

    I think they test and know the issue.
    But the uprinsing of pearl item selling limitation and new market effect is so valuable for us and they prefering do an half update and take the money.

    The real question would be to know who takes care of the assumptions to kakao, time to give space to people who know how to do their job.
