EU Server Issues 14/06/2019 [DDoS Attack]

    Greetings Adventurers,

    EU servers are experiencing disconnections and lag due to a DDoS attack again.

    Our tech team is already working to mitigate this attack and we're hoping it won't take long.

    We will keep you updated!

    Current status:
    • 6/14/2019 @ 4:00 PM UTC - EU Server is stable.
    • 6/14/2019 @ 4:55 PM UTC - Users are experiencing lag and disconnects.
    • 6/14/2019 @ 7:35 PM UTC - EU Server is stable.
    • 6/14/2019 @ 10:55 PM UTC - Users are experiencing lag and disconnects.
    • 6/15/2019 @ 3:15 AM UTC - EU Server is stable.

    Just like yesterday, died, used a tear and died again instantly after, could not even move/react, my character respawned dead.
    Lost 600m worth of crystals so far. I exited my game until the issue is resolved, will we be reimbursed of the losses on these attacks? Past 2 days it's impossible to play.

    So a little bird told me that there will be 60days VP, 3 t3 pets and 10k pearls as a gift for those DDOS attacks

    I just logged in to my character in aakman and tried to grind but died suddenly out of nowhere. I revived and died immediately again before being able to move... revived again and died, paid 50 pearls to revive and died... tried to logout and died with enemies not being anywhere close to me. I really hope there is some rollback or something because otherwise I am going to lose my ****.

    Just take the time necessary to fix this .
    The security team needs to work harder so this happens less often .

    Please guys, I know this ddos stuff is annoying, just do not try to persuade Kakao/PA to reimburse us, or give us free things for it. It would only make ddos attacks more frequent, because ddos -> reimbursement/free stuff -> more ddos.

    did we get the 2 days reimbursed? cant use central marketplace so my value pack is useless?
