For some reason I can't unlock/access this quest line. I finished the quest "Vell's Fine Powder" and that seemed to be the end of the quest line for me. I checked all my Black Spirit quest tabs and searched all over my quest window and it seems like everything regarding this quest line just disappeared. Is the event over? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @GM Caramel .All my quest filters are enabled. When I talk to Igor, he offers me the side quests that I have not done yet; Investigate Vell's Realm does not appear there... Please find attached. Thank you for your help!
Ok it was worth a try because sometimes they hide quest starters under the chat tab. On a side note I believe there is a level requirement for that quest although I am not too sure what level it is. I think though that it might be 58.
