    Honestly, if you want to lose belly fat run miles. Every day. Don't skip days. Run until you hurt all the time. Keep running. You will be shredded. No need for short cuts. Run til you're puking and when you look up you realize you still got miles to go to get home, finish puking, and get back to running. This will do the trick. Obviously, bring proper supplies of water and glucose tabs/source of sugar to avoid bonking.

    On the other hand, there are "safe and healthy" ways to use anabolic supplements in proper cycles (note: you certainly can still have negative side effects either short term or long term even using "healthy cycles"). Just don't fool yourself into thinking that they are a remedy for lack of effort. Generally, a good rule of thumb is that "real supplements" such as anabolics and what not are a good way to push through a wall that you are hitting when you are already expending max effort, not a replacement for effort and dedication. Sure, they can give quick gains, but when you stop using them and go back to your normal routine you will your body will shortly follow.

    Also, remember, you're a ****ing beautiful animal just how you are. With that in mind, go shred up.

    Another note; that article you linked is advertising for such products. Before you take anything like that please do more research into the substances than just from a dieting advertisement. Just after a first glance a few things in the information on that page are glaringly erroneous and misleading as well as generally being written from a "diet culture" perspective which is not a healthy perspective.

    WOW. I was just checking this topic and now my mouth is full of saliva. Seriously guys. Well done!
    I just order pizza and play games. I never had the talent or the energy to cook!
