Staff Response Freeze and not responding BDO

    This happens for me as well since a few days now - the game was running fine before. It freezes completely and I cannot even open the task manager, have to do a hard reset. I guess it started with the last patch (though I'm not really sure if there was some Windows update sometime inbetween).

    Just one question, has everyone experiencing this made proper adjustments to Windows Update downloads?

    If the issue remains for you, please do send in a ticket and let us know if you've tried fully updating your OS with the Microsoft Update Assistant, checking your UAC settings on your user account, and also fully white-listing the game in any protective software.
