They are rare. Same rng trashhole like map pieces.

 

Yes GMS has been dropping. Several in my guild have them.

I got two in the same day at Ronaros. They were even roughly an hour or two apart.

 

I've got 2 and I'm not very active. So of course I'm far from filling them.

For something thats gating +1 energy I think the droprate is to low atm. The stars end elite is a bit rough aswell on that but its about the same as 1 marni stone at most.

The responses to your post are quite funny. I have 1,000's of hours of data showing their drop rate is on average 1/100's of hours yet everyone acts like they drop like candy.

 

That's RNG for you.

As for the topic, I think the droprate is okish. The problem is, as always the RNG. I spent A LOT of time in Polly Forest (prerevamp, when it was crap and I loved my empty home tyvm) and I didn't even drop 1. Then I go to Manshaums and poof there you go take 1.

 

If you think these are rare you didn't try going for the infinite pot I guess, I got 6 greater marni's in the process of getting one of those pot pieces to drop... also they are much more frequent then pure blackstones aaswell.

 

Except, that's not how it works at all. If you listen to a bunch of people tell you how easy it is to get their Infinite Potions pieces, that is meaningless. The reality is the drop rates of those pieces will most likely have you grinding 100's of hours to obtain it.

However, the Infinite Potion discussions actually do represent a more true value. As the posts give a more realistic depiction that you WILL NOT be getting the pieces with ease.
