Lack of staff response

    several of them have been moved to A:IR, the next slot machine kakao is publishing, and few of the GM of A:IR come here once in a while, i just hope they are doing so because their contract is about to expire

    Andaro has no credibility whatsoever, they only thing she does is to try minimize the importance of the critisism shown in the forums in the hopes of ever getting hired by kakao.

    ...and people wonder why there is so much negativity on the forums, or surrounding Kakao at all when this is a fine example of them at work.

    It's funny, sometimes when you actually send in a ticket to support, they redirect you to the forum where nothing happens.

    The banksters just response to pearl purchases. It is since the launch already like this. Nothing new here.

    Takes 3~4 weeks to get a reply to a support ticket, can't see the support section on the forums be any faster than that.

    That is mainly the failure of trying to make the game PVP oriented. Everything is absolutely perfect for that model. The entire point is to crush your enemies and pew pew pew kill them all. Remember we are fighting for resources, areas, and domination.

    What you are referring to is the domination of lower player, but that's what your supposed to do. Kakao 100% supports this ideology. What did they do on a PVP server where players where to toxic to leave each other alone? The players wouldn't just "defend their spot" they would steal anything they can. Many wanted to be highly toxic and ruin it for everyone. They do a great job of that on Arsha.

    What was Kakao's response to this toxic mess? Close down the PVP server? No, they gave a 50% drop boost to encourage this toxic environment.

    PvP is toxic... stop spreading BS lies, just because you don't like to PvP means everyone falls in line with you. If anything, you are the toxic environment on these forums.

    I think you said it right on accident, but be wary. That term is doesn't fit into the marketing plan of Kakao. Kakao isn't concerned at all with how toxic the game environment is #money. However, they are concerned about the discussion and impression it would give ;) #fact

    There is no Dana only Zuel! I mean it's impossible to be toxic without PVP itself being toxic.

    Pearl Abyss created a system to knock people off horses in the middle of an AFK route. What could be more toxic than Pearl Abyss? They are WORSE than the players doing it. They are the enablers of this kind of activity. They have the ability to prevent this or allow it, and they CHOOSE allow. So who is the toxic one?

    They are literally inciting their own customers to troll each other.

    When you see the sheer amount of community events other regions have, it's pretty obvious Kakao's the laziest of all the publishers; "bare minimum" is their motto. Other regions have "siege recaps" where they explain how siege went for the week; with screenshots and everything, very light and straight foward, but at least they care, Kakao cant be bothered to even do that.

    Korea has multiple GM events every month, Japan has alot of creative events, hell, every time there's a new outfit released; they show you screenshots of the outfit dyed so you can see the potential, Kakao doesnt even copy/paste the right "Pearl Shop" image and sometimes we get the portuguese one, their laziness knows no bounds.

    The donkey event was something the former leader of Barcode, Orca, suggested back in 2016... They didn't even do an original event, they took someones 3 yr old idea. They don't even do Arena tournaments, once a year is laughable.

    Thanks for the warning, I tought I might try that game when releases, but if this terrible studio goign to release it, I rather not waste my time.

    The CM responses about gameplay issues here is one thing.... What is absolutely pissing me off right now is that SOMEONE, I dunno who.... more like P.A. at this point, is greatly beefing up their Invasive memory scanning to include everything that's running on our Computer, and everything that ran PREVIOUSLY on our computer and then they try to tell us we're the ones at fault or the ones who are going outside our Privacy rights...

    I've seen at least 2 other instances of this recently where the program either repeatedly crashes or closes itself or won't update crucial Localization because it just doesn't "like" some of the things it finds in our our personal Use memory data.


    This is them Circumventing basically all Verbal interaction with us. They're now like that Creepy ex boyfriend who pretends like they can't talk to you but at the same time they're going through your Trash and spying on you every day

    There are already leaks stating AIR will be using similar tactics to BDO like the cancerous RNG.

    Can't wait to see their "Surprise Mechanics" everyone loves a Surprise!!!!

    To counter the supposedly long ticket times. I submitted a ticket of my own two days ago about a mission horse costume. I had a reply within twelve hours telling me on which horse the costume was and which character had it out.

    There also seems to be a GM responding in the customer support section since yesterday. Good attempt at first glance, not so much if you check the thread creation times. In one thread the GM even said the issue was solved yet nowhere in any post was there talk about the issue being solved.

    I submitted a ticket becuase I noticed Blackdesert suffers from timed stutters like a clock.This was on june 13th.Got my first response a week later on the 17th and the 2nd response 2 todays ago.I always responded on the same day as they communicated with me.They are really slow.....I think anything related to performance is low priority...which is a shame because It stops me from full playing this game and unloading $$$.If this how they respond to an urgent matter it really puts me off from investing anything into this game.

    Your issue and my issue are fundamentally different. My issue was easy to sort out, they just had to look into a database to locate the missing horse, your issue can be anything and technical difficulties are hard to pin point if the machine isn't there to run all the needed tests on.

    So truly comparing apples and oranges here.
