Staff Response Log in troubles

    I'm having some trouble with being unable to access my 2 step authentication. I sent a ticket but I'm not getting a real response. I think the GM helping me is in the opposite side of the globe because they only responsed once with a canned answer around 1am and haven't replied back after I sent in my additional info.

    Is there a way to change the GM working on my ticket or speed up this process? It's already been 2 days without any actual assistance.
