Staff Response Microsoft C++ Visual Library Error

    Hey guys,

    since a few weeks, I haven't been able to play BDO (through Steam). I keep getting the same error.

    I tried a lot of things to fix this:

    - reinstall BDO (twice)
    - update C++
    - reinstall Steam
    - update drivers
    - use CMD

    .. and nothing works.
    It is only happening with Black Desert Online and it is really frustrating.
    Does anyone have anymore tips?

    Appreciating all of the help.

    I honestly doubt that any1 from support cares i have had something similar " Bad_module_info" error has not allowed me to play for more than 20 minutes before it crashes and i have had no respond to this issue they don't care period.

    Why are you expecting amateurs to care about every possible problem. If you want professional help, open a support ticket.

    Hi peeps!

    This error can happen whenever you're a Steam user. These steps should help you:

    - Reinstall Steam (the client itself)
    - Remember to backup your steamapps folder
    - Delete Black Desert Online file in "common" in that steamapps folder
    - Reinstall BDO from the fresh Steam client
    - Transfer back your steamapps folder

    i did and the automated respond system doesn't help i am yet to speak with an actual person from support i have tried everything the automated mailing system sends me but nothing has worked all i want to speak with some1 from support that knows what the problem is and how to solve it because i am not the only one with this issue.

    If you opened a ticket, you need to reply to it by stating that your issue hasn't been solved and you should get a human answer rather shortly.
