JP players are being manually fixed by providing character/family name! They had the same bug! We demand a compensation! 6th day and tomorrow will be 7th while we waste effort and do all kind of crazy stuff and you are doing nothing, even that i provided you a list with 108(as of now) bugged people! How many of them you think will quit? How many of them are paying users? I am for sure! We pour money into this game and we are getting 0 support for 7 days! We do all of the job, that YOU are required to do! What am I - a hidden support for providing hundred people with info and advice and fighting for their rights? Are you going to pay me? Why should i investigate and provide proofs for something that you shouldve been aware of, since the first report came in!?! People are doing Part7!!! We are stuck for 7 days on Part4!!! Better think about what will be the compensation! You hosted event with physical rewards! And yet you are excluding people from participating! All wouldve been ok, if you told us there is a bug, so we shouldnt waste our time on doing sick ingame acrobatics, instead of making real life money, that we wouldve spent into the game! A simple response on the first day wouldve been sufficient! We watch streamers getting this quest passed with 0 effort...not even doing something special! WHY should hundreds of us experience frustration and despair, because you cant communicate? I wrote Personal Messages to almost all GMs here in the forum. Response? NADA! NOTHING! Is this how you treat your loyal paying users?
