I have heard this also .... that if you send in a ticket specifying what you lost, that they will compensate you. sorry i can't confirm though because i haven't requested compensation, myself.

60 mil down so far due to lost training books with your false claims of this issue being "resolved" over the past few days. I believe some sort of compensation is in order for everyone and I'm not talking about auto sending gm's blessings to the whole population either....

Not always, I put in a ticket and never got compensated for anything... All they did was say it was DDoS attack.
I'm sorry, but there is something seriously lacking here. How have they not put in DDoS / Brute Force measures by now? So many measures exists to prevent these types of attacks... yes, a good deal of it revolves around Cisco products... but it's not like BDO doesn't make hand over fist money with all these pearl purchases...
I just sucks when you keep setting up your AFK practices only to see it get nix'd because BDO hasn't put in preventive measures...
You don't need techs to look into it. we need an ISP change so the DDOS'ing stops.... you need to address the issue, not put bandaids on the problem to get the servers back up running for 30 minutes just for another crash. Last I heard, the DDOS isn't even aimed at BDO. What is being hosted by your host that is getting DDOS'd. Maybe contact them and see if you can mutually work out the issue? Either way, I don't believe having technicians looking into it wont do too much.

Like a week worth of value pack wasted because of these server issues.
This is seriously frustrating...Just got into this game was in the middle of cashing in my 2 10mil gold things I had and totally froze. I was thinking about switching over from GW2. Now I am not sure.

I lost 60 million in game silver for overnight training dummy tickets with these issues Friday through Sunday. 10 million silver each for 10 hours of skill and 10 hours of combat each evening with a combined total of just 1.2 percent experienced gained because I got disconnected each time. Not to mention the lost time on the book of combat too.
Well, there should be some form of compensation for the lost time on value packs because this is not the customers fault and as a customer we are #1.
