What is that? Never heard of It and I am at least Pro on every life skill. I got all that info, the question is where is he? Before I posted I looked far and wide in the game and online but thanks for trying.
I found it. I just checked my journal and there was a quest for it. He is by the skill instructor in Calpheon.
