    We are aware of the issue where your payment transaction appears complete, but the game package and/or Kakao Cash do not appear in your account. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please stay tuned to this forum post for updates.

    Just when i create an account on payment wall and open an inquiry... Hope they wont lock my account or something like that for no reason ....

    Will the payments we have queued be processed or will they be canceled? I tried to make the same purchase twice since it didnt appear in bdo in game or on the website but both ammounts are pending with my bank now

    I made 2 purchases because the first one didnt show up on my account or my transactions on the website, and now both transactions are going through to my bank. Is there any way to get a refund for the 2nd purchase due to the confusion?
