I may have found the solution for the FPS Drop for most of you.
I myself had terrible fps even after updating the graphic drivers, I was forced to play on optimization settings and still couldn't play. So I had searched online for "BDO Stuttering fix" and my FPS is back to 60 on High.
The solution is to set your BDO Launcher compability to Windows XP.

    1. Go to your Black Desert Online folder.
    2. Right-mouse click on Black Desert Online Steam Launcher or Black Desert Online Launcher and go to Properties.
    3. Go to Compatibility tab.
    4. Check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

That should fix the fps problem for most of you, though it might not be everyone.
If the problem still exist and is not fixed you may have to wait for GM's to fix it in possible next patch.

Does nothing for me except make the game load slower.
