Privacy Mode is being used in a wrong way in this game. This mode allows people to see other guild members connection status and which server they are connected to. Lets say that you invited a person to your guild, but this person is logging in only via Privacy Mode and only to pass the information which server you're being logged on to enemy players. Privacy Mode should: Hide your online status - done. Hide your name from life skill rankings - still not done since 2019. Hide other guild members server information while logged in using Privacy Mode - highly desirable. Thank you.
Current Privacy Mode is more like an Incognito Mode instead. In my opinion this mode should hide your name everywhere. Seeing other characters is okay, but you should not see who it is and if Privacy Mode users is in a guild, all members should be offline for them.
There is very simple solution for this, stop invite random players (slaves to boost your guild funds/numbers) and invite active a real players.
In fact that who is on any server should see only GM, not only on privacy mode. Information where guild members are in contract info? It's a tool for guilds which one use a spy in another guilds. I know - to low korean players cry about that. Yeah, they are too much solo players. PA should change it.
No it's not a solution. Why? Cause for GQ u still need a XL guild, u can't took a XL gq when u are small. Even if u add a new player who even for few days is on voice chat on discord, after it he or she could start work.
Place holders are a different thing. Would you like to have someone from enemy guild stalking your members everywhere they move? Then you just can't verify who it is because he/she blended into your guild like it's a piece of cake?
If you're having issues with other guilds infiltrating your guild (spies), that sounds more of a case of guild politics and, frankly, what we in the old school PvP community attributed as normal elite guild domination tactics. Not really any difference between the scenario you describe, versus if they used a notebook or alt computer to place an alt into a guild and scarecrow train all day. A little more convenient this way, sure, but the same nevertheless. Anyhoo, the suggestions themselves are solid. +1
Do you even feel, that the guild supposed to be a social construct of friends, and not just a free money printer service?
We strive to build a community instead of just a list of nicknames in a guild panel. I dare say we met 3 times already in real life. Now, about money. Our guild funds are over 15 billions and counting, because that cash does not mean that lot for us. Moreover I already posted numerous suggestions towards guild system and with recent addition (2 useless positions) the guild system still su**s. Check my thread and chip in if you'd like.
