Reimplement the input cap

    I agree with the sentiment, but it should not be done with an input cap.
    Anyone that likes to play with high FPS on a class that can animation cancel or have fast skills will effectively be thrown back into WoW era combat mechanics by having a global cooldown on their skills. If the animation of the skill is finished before the cap has been reached you can't do anything but idle around while waiting for it.
    Best but highly unlikely solution is to have the animation not depend on FPS.

    Since animation canceling is also limited/boosted by fps one might argue that it has to be limited somehow. Even if they have to go skill by skill.

    Recent witch buffs just confirm that they can change animation speeds on a per skill basis without any issues, one less argument against this suggestion.

    This is literally everything wrong with the PVP lol

    Like this is like unfinished game levels of coding bad xD

    Like heck if the actual damage you are supposed to do is the 60FPS damage that I bet the devs are actually testing at Like maybe DP will actually matter.

    I also wouldn't be surprised if classes also feel far more balanced as well.

    doesn't matter how many PVP changes you make as long as this issue exists the PVP can never be even remotely balanced.

    nope, probably never will. BDO is true pay 2 win, cause best computer with the highest fps wins

    That's have nothing to do with p2w, its more about shitcode developers. Also its Korean game, and Korea still have PC clubs, majority of its PC's are same.

    I dont understand how so many other MMOs have legit boat physics and dont just phase through eachother and BDO cant like...........

    FPS so big, you cant see the animations
    Inb4 animation cancels take skill and are healthy for the game apologists

    Oh yes please do this, i'm tired of playing against teleporting people and having to play a potato looking game >_<

    That is a known bug, where you can press certain skills and they will repeat at that speed, and it doesnt depend on your fps.
