    Here is a video sample that I made in Heidel with my new desktop build, for those thinking to take the step of buying that new RTX series.

    Asus RTX 2080 Ti Dual OC and i7 8700k and the game on Remastered settings looks just marvelous (except the occasional glitches).

    In crowed places like Heidel, the FPS is 80-120 on an average and while grinding it's around the same.

    I still have not tried out PvP or Node wars, but I don't think I'll be disappointed when that happens!

    HAHA!
    Although I love the humor, I fail to understand the hate for the RTX series....
    Is it the money to performance ratio or something else?

    pretty much false promise about performance also huge is money to performance ratio is insane and f*cking sad and lastly its nice to get new tech but none of games on market supports it currently so its useless

    Yeah I know what you mean, and I did a lot of research before buying it and 60% of my decision was based on a little devil in my head, spamming me "buy it, it's the latest tech out theeeere".

    Seriously though, the FPS that you get in combination with a high Hz monitor (120-144), it's simply stunning...
    I have combined it with an Alienware AW3418DW and the results I've seen... it's just something I have never seen before on the 15 full-time years I have spent gaming.

    EDIT: The only irony on the whole story is that I had to RMA it back to Asus... but I'll just wait for the replacement as I simply wouldn't trade it for something different.

    I'm playing on Black Desert Sea.

    Is it just my PC but on i7-8700 and Zotac RTX 2080 Ti i'm getting only 50FPS on 4K Remastered settings.

    How is the FPS on Ultra? Ultra fixes a lot of the popin but my FPS drops too low on my GTX 1070 to run it at 1440P :(

    4K takes a lot more processing power than 3440x1440

    4K is 3840x2160 = 8294400 pixels

    3440x1440 = 4953600 pixels

    You're talking about 60% more pixels to render in 4K vs 3440x1440.

    Location also matters, you'll get lower FPS in cities than in the desert or ocean.
