Staff Response Secondary Password?

    Every time I get to the Start screen and select Start I get a message saying "Secondary password input error. Please reset password at the homepage." Does anyone know if there's a fix for this issue? I made a ticket (827035) but haven't received a reply yet.
    I have already:
    - tried file repair
    - reinstalled the game
    - restarted my computer
    - changed account password on the website
    - tried logging in on another computer

    Just gonna have to wait for a GM by the sounds of it.

    This was quite an odd situation - as explained on your ticket, we have now resolved the issue. In case it happens again in the future, make sure to contact us via a new ticket!
