Looks like Leaseweb publishes their expected maintenance schedules at least 1 week in advance - they have their March 8 maintenance window linked off the notice PM Cool has shared. Why are you notifying us after it started? There are people who have replied to this thread above me who had to buy a VPN just to play this game. They are unlucky enough to have an ISP which has a bad connection to this game.. and only this game in the entire wide internet. Is there a plan to mention it anywhere? Is anyone at Kakao looking at it? Based on the response published about one of the ISPs not working with you, it seems like you've dropped all work on the issue since the language made it seem like the connections weren't your fault. It is discouraging to see how uninterested Kakao staff seems to be to solve this issue.
Publications that affect the users should definitely be made in a timely manner. That is one of the core responsibilities of the publisher, to notify us in advance that there there will be service disruptions due to things such as maintenance, whether on our own services or services provided by other parties that also affect us. I understand emergency downtimes might not be communicated in a timely manner and I'm ok with that, but anything known in advance that could disrupt gameplay should be communicated as promptly as possible. Perhaps this is an area of communication that can be strengthened, going forward.
I was disconnected around the same time so I am not sure if it is incidental or related to this issue.

The above is an ongoing problem for many of us. You are literally stealing our money and not provided value paid for. I wonder if this would work as an example of mail fraud?
