We the BDo community are grateful for the fix. We appreciate the considerate compensation and apology. Please believe us when we are trying to help by reporting a major issue like this instead of giving us the excuses we received for our effort next time. We are all here for an enjoyable gaming experience and not trying to get one over on the BDO franchise.

I'll water down the ******** and translate this for the forum readers. After all, the people reading this are real human beings, not just dollar signs. Don't treat them like they're stupid because they're not.
Our game is great, but our dev team sucks.
1. Developers will discuss with GMs and CMs on how to better communicate with the community.
We still won't tell you the truth. We will continue to have meetings to whip out cover stories when issues happen. Because we have orders from management to remind us that these people are stupid and don't deserve the truth.
2. We will try and fix the bugs as swiftly as possible.
Our dev team sucks, I don't know how an update to A can break X,Y,Z,Q,T,O,B,X,Z,X,Z (we kinda do but let's not go there). But we're doing the best with what we have.
3. We will enlarge our window of communication.

I don't need more kama blessings. as usual NA gets favored :P well some of experienced same lag connectivity issues on EU, i myself wasted more than 14+ of value pack cause i couldn't play. Seeing this middle finger to us on EU just makes me stay away even though issues might be fixed. Not getting my dimes on friday...
