Energy Potion pricing is already plummeting as people are discovering the Blood Altar is heading on a path to nowhere. Fix: Simple, improve the rewards! Wrong: The core structural design of the entree system will not allow this. All that would happen from increasing the rewards is allowing top GS players to reap massive rewards. This is due to Energy being the key ingredient. If the limitation was (x) per day, the Blood Altar could yield higher results without it being exploited. The entree fee cost being Energy + Consumables will never really be worked out due to the payouts also being severely different. If you didn't notice: The Kama blessing was used in the Shadow Arena for exclusive items. They simply tried to port the Kama Blessing into this new content as well. This is the actual stem of the failure and reason why Blood Altar will probably never be balanced correctly. The real Fix: This content needs to exceed grinding locations for a players gear score. If it falls behind this threshold, you may as well just go grind. That is a shift that is already occurring. The novelty will wear off and the content will die. The content can NOT exceed grinding in it's current setup, or it automatically leads to energy farming and doing Blood Altar all day like it was SMH money. A fair limit per day is all that is needed. Scrap the Cash Shop gimmick and do it right.
