So the idea goes a little like this: Players come withing 100 meter radius of each other and someone PvP flags, depending on who the aggressor is, if the persons that they're around have lower or higher AP than them, the following happens based on context. If you flagged up against someone, and their AP is is lower than yours, you receive a debuff of a variable between 25%-75% reduced damage against them based on how great the desparity is. If the person you try to flag up on without dueling starts attacking you, the same happens to them. If you do this while isn't an area where your level and/or AP is clearly higher than the monsters, the experience, money, drop rate and drop quantity gets reduced based on the desparity of your stats compared to the monsters in the area. This is only in effect while you have the PvP related debuffs on. The initial debuff lasts as long as you have PvP mode enabled. Once you turn off PvP mode, the debuff turns off instantly.
