Staff Response Support ticket has been open for 4 days

    My ticket has been open for 4 days, I have provided the information that a GM asked for but no response yet. The ticket numbers are #983215 and #962017

    This thread can be deleted once a GM has responded to it or if my ticket is solved

    I think they have a lot of tickets to work on.

    I have had one open for about a week.

    Just have some patience.
