Changed the Head Chase I, II, and III skills to Head Chase. The skill points you have achieved for your previously selected skill will be returned. Added new Awakening skills “Frenzied Strikes I, II, III.” <Developer's comment> Most of the Awakened Warrior's main skills cannot be used during cooldown. This is something we considered to be characteristic of Warrior who deals continuous heavy attacks and therefore was not updated. However, players who would switch to use Normal Mode skills in order to fill this gap have been increasing lately, which did not only cause many inconveniences but also create a difference between these players and those who did not use the Normal Mode skills. In the end, we decided to add a new skill that matches Warrior’s Awakening. The newly added “Frenzied Strikes” is a skill that has a short cooldown and great attack damage, apt for activities such as defeating monsters. We have also unified the three Head chase skills and made adjustments so that the effect of the previous Head Chase III would be applied when learning the unified skill. This new skill is a balance patch unrelated to Transcendence and we will keep doing this kind of balance patch for each character in the future. Any thought I left for work before taking a look at this. Is this a buff or a nerf or wut?
Yes its the same head chase, the only complaint i have is combination shift+q because i keep spaming every time i want to block.
I rerolled. Warrior is super cool, but super useless. Oh, and they won't see any more money from me. Enough is enough.
Sounds like you guys got spinning slash for awakening now at the cost of essentially nothing. Is it really shift+Q though? bloody hell...
its not really meant for pvp, its a pve buff and its really good, and yes its shift+Q but if u have a razer mouse with extra buttons on it like the naga i have and a free space on skill bar set it to a number for easier access to it.
Dont bother using the new skill in pvp, it deals no dmg+ it cant be canceled, also its not pretty good in pve neither despite the high dmg multipliers (and I dont understand why)
Maybe its bugged? Lets hope they will boost dmg on it Either way it sounds like a buff to me. Goods: 1) We got extra SP, since no need to level up head chase. 2) we got extra skill, that you don't have to put points in if you don't want to and can use them for some other (better) skills you wanted to. Bads: 1) Its Shift+Q, really annoying and triggers the skill when you trying to Q block. But it can probably be resolved by putting it on hot bar and disable triggering it via Shift+Q idk.
I didn't have the occasion to test it yet, does the "down attack" modifier apply on all hits, or only the last one ?
I love this skill in PVE, it totally helps with the rotation of awakening skills and fills the cd gap. Oh and it does pretty good damage as well which is a big plus. Basically its a PVE buff for warriors.
It is cancelable on the third hit, but best put in a combo after a Gravedig putting you behind the target without a knockdown proc. Spin and use it for a knockdown to extend CC.
